Our church will provide a video camera and a tripod...all we need is someone to turn it ON and OFF!!! Is there anyone coming that would mind doing this for us? We REALLY appreciate it!! Please email us if you can do it.

Time is running out to book at the Embassy Suites. The rooms are filling up fast and the hotel is booked for that weekend. The low price of $109 is only good until 4/15/09. We have VERY few rooms left under the block. If you have questions, please email us!
Invitations went out this week. Please check back here frequently for updates.
We strongly recommend booking with our host hotel, the Embassy Suites. It is centrally located to the church and reception. We are also renting a shuttle for after the reception to ensure that people get back to the hotel safely.
Annie and I have finally set a date, and it's May 16th. We are still working through some of the details but we are thinking about doing an early wedding with an adults only reception with music, dancing, and plenty of hors d'oeuvres and cocktails.
The wedding will be at Gallilee United Methodist Church. The reception is at Clyde's Willow Creek Farm.
For those of you who need to fly, Dulles International (IAD) is the closest airport. We'll circulate info about local hotels and car rentals when we figure that stuff out. We're still in the early stages of planning.
